One of the best female basketball players in Polish history. She is the first Polish woman to reach the WNBA league world championship playing with the best American women’s team Phoenix Mercury. During her career, she celebrated championship titles in the Euroleague, Russia and Spain and four times in the Polish league. After her worldwide sporting career, she returned to her hometown of Krakow, where she has been organising a basketball camp during the summer months since 2020. Its premise is to create the best possible conditions for children and young people from all over Poland, as well as foreign participants, to train in basketball during the inter-season break along the lines of those corresponding to the country’s senior national teams. He has been president of his Ewelina Kobryn E 11 Foundation since 2023.
